Biocombination No.27 is a biochemic combination consisting of Calcarea phosphorica, Kali phosphoricum, and Natrum muriaticum in equal proportion is indicated in general weakness and lack of vitality.

Biocombination No.27 is used as the supportive medicine for lack of vitality, debility, trembling and weakness and to improve the vital force. Calcarea phosphorica is indicated in weakness and debility after acute and chronic wasting diseases. It is indicated in anemia and general weakness where the patient has cold extremities and feeble digestion. It is indicated for scrofulosis, chlorosis and phthisis. It is a remedy for headaches from anemia, weakness, complaints of teething, great hunger with thirst, flatulence, weakness of bladder, prolapsus of uterus in debilitated persons, rheumatic pain from draught of air, with stiffness and dullness of the head, weariness when going upstairs and pains in the bones and joints.
Kali phosphoricum is indicated for the nervous troubles, prostration, weakness, tiredness, marked disturbances of the sympathetic nervous system, want of nerve power, neurasthenia, menta and physical depression, complaints due to overwork, excitement and worry, extreme lassitude, brain-fag, hysteria, slightest labor seems a heavy task, great despondency, cerebral anemia, weakness of sight, drooping of eyelids, nervous gone sensation in the stomach, exhaustion due to fright and depression, sexual power diminished and prostration after coitus, paralytic weakness in the back and extremities, subsequent exhaustion and chronic depression.
Natrum muriaticum is indicated in conditions of anemia, leukocytosis, dropsies, intermittent fever, chlorosis, great debility, most weakness felt in the morning, coldness, emaciation in neck, great liability to take cold, great dryness of the mucous membranes, great weakness and weariness, oversensitive to all sorts of influences, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, depression, muscle weakness in the eyes, numbness and tingling of tongue, increased hunger but losing flesh, unquenchable thirst, involuntary urination, weakness of the bladder, numbness and tingling in parts, ankles weak and turn easily and hydraemia in chronic malarial states.
