Kali sulphuricum is a homeopathic medicine prepared from the salt Potassium sulphate and it is a useful remedy in skin conditions where there is desquamation of the skin and yellow serous discharges.

Kali sulphuricum is the remedy for skin conditions where there are crusty eruptions, desquamation of skin, and exudation of yellow discharges. It is indicated in otorrhoea, gonorrhea, orchitis, hemorrhoids, psoriasis, eczema, polyps, and epithelioma. It is also helpful in cases of ringworm of the scalp and the skin complaints are worse in the evening, heated room, and better in the cold open air.
