Ailanthus glandulosa, prepared from the flowers of the plant (family Simarubaceæ), is a highly valuable remedy in low vitality, septic, and toxic conditions.
It is especially indicated in malignant infections with profound weakness, dusky discoloration, hemorrhagic tendency, and mental dullness.

Septic & Malignant Fever States (Core Sphere)

• Indicated in malignant scarlet fever, septicemia, and toxic fevers
• Marked prostration, stupor, and rapid sinking of strength
• Skin appears dusky, livid, or mottled
• Patient dull, semi-conscious, with low vitality (adynamia)

Throat Infections & Diphtheritic States

• Dry, rough, choking throat with pain radiating to ears
• Dusky red or bluish discoloration of throat
• Enlarged, tender cervical glands
• Hoarse, croupy voice
• Tongue dry, brown, teeth covered with sordes
• Useful in diphtheria, follicular tonsillitis, septic throat infections
