Biocombination No.18 is the homeopathic preparation that is indicated in swollen and inflamed gums, and is composed of Calcarea fluorica, Calcarea sulphurica, and Silicea in equal proportions.

Biocombination No.18 is useful in swollen and inflamed gums, easily bleeding gum, and pus in the gums. Calcarea fluorica is useful in gumboil, unnatural looseness of teeth with or without pain, teeth become loose in their socket and toothache. The deficiency of fluoride weakens the enamel and increases the sensitivity of the teeth. Swelling of jaw bone and chances of suppuration is lowered. Calcarea sulphurica arrests the suppurative process and multiplication of infection. Silicea controls the suppurative process and suppuration. It is indicated for sensitive gums, boils on the gum, abscesses at the root of the teeth, and pyorrhoea.
